The registration fee includes a t-shirt (if registered by May 31, 2020), lodging, meals and snacks, and activities during the retreat. The cost is $140.00 per adult (ages 12 and up), $100 per child (ages 0–11).
Sorry! No price adjustments can be made for attendees who are able to attend only part of the retreat. If a cancellation is necessary, please let Josh know as soon as possible. All purchases (including food) are made a week out from the retreat, so cancellations within the last week really hurt our bottom line. If you do have to cancel, your registration fee will be completely refunded up to Thursday, June 4, 2020. If you cancel after June 4, 2020, we will refund 50% of your registration fee. If you plan to pay at the retreat, but have to cancel within the last week, we kindly ask that you send 50% ($70.00) of your registration fee to assist us in covering the costs that have already accrued. We appreciate your help with this!
